1: Lose excess weight with a specified kilojoule reduced eating plan according to your specific needs, with
or without aid of daily Lipolytic injections or prescribed medication - only if and as needed, weekly or
bi weekly weigh in sessions with Dr Rossouw, Julie van Heerden or online via email.
2: Stabilize from step one and re introduce a larger variety of food and portion size to current meal plan.
3: Maintain goal weight.
